HungryTickets Terms and Conditions

Welcome to HungryTickets (“HungryTickets”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and all services offered through them (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using HungryTickets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy , which are incorporated by reference.

1.Platform Overview

HungryTickets is a secondary ticket resale marketplace where buyers submit offers on event tickets and sellers respond to those offers. Sellers do not list inventory, and all transactions occur via offer-acceptance workflows.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Platform. By using HungryTickets, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers may submit offers for tickets on the Platform. Submission of an offer does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Buyers must ensure payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available for any successful transaction.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers do not list tickets. Instead, they receive buyer offers and may choose to accept them. Upon accepting an offer, the seller must complete the ticket transfer within the designated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in penalties, account suspension, or withholding of payout.

6. Ticket Transfer and Fulfillment

Once an offer is accepted, sellers are required to deliver valid and transferable tickets. Payouts to sellers are processed following successful ticket transfer and verification by HungryTickets. Timing of payouts is governed by our internal processing systems.

7. Pricing, Fees, and Commissions

Buyers name their price through offer submissions. Sellers accepting offers receive the offer amount less applicable fees unless exempt (e.g., NFT holders). Our current fee structure and zero-commission eligibility are outlined at checkout.

8. Use of NFTs

Users may connect an eligible HungryTickets Houndz NFT at checkout to enable zero-commission sale benefits. NFT usage is optional and does not alter ticket ownership or platform access.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Buyers may cancel offers at any time prior to acceptance without penalty. Once an offer is accepted, all transactions become final subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• Violate any event-specific ticketing rules or venue terms
• Attempt to transfer invalid or fraudulent tickets
• Circumvent offer workflows or privacy features

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including trademarks, graphics, and interface elements—is the property of HungryTickets or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without express written permission.

13. Disclaimers

HungryTickets does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or delivery of any tickets until a transaction is complete. We are not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or venue policies affecting access.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HungryTickets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HungryTickets, its affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or for suspected fraud, abuse, or misconduct.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
